A confusion of Shapes at the bottom of the lake

I really like the colors you used in your artwork and website. It's amazing how they could co-exist harmoniously. They are clean and quiet vs. the noisy and intruding world that we live in.

The shapes flowing out of your pen are intriguing. They remind me of a made-believe alien landscape from some sci-fi movies I watched over the years. I could easily image them to be some sort of visual maze that I could stare in and space out on some of my days.

I also like how you presented your artwork process in a sequential matter with enough white space for breathing. It is like hiking in a mountain and suddenly you discover a refreshing stream along side of your path that keeps you in company. (I know this is a weird analogy, but this is how I like to see a clean page and how I like my hiking experience to be.)

Overall, bravos!

However, I don't mind seeing a blog on how you do your artwork. Well, you may not want to share your trade secret, that, I understand. Keep up the great work.

Your generosity scares me, VegasFish. You go too far. As for technical - just good old fashioned vector layers (clip art type file). For now I want to focus on how to make an observation, rather than how to build a file. I think the "secret" as you call it, is in how you think about what you see. But let's be honest, VegasFish... you know that far better than me.
