Mind Body Spirit
1. Travel. We are designed to do so. If we had roots (a little more plant like), there might be some question. But we have arms and legs. Let's get out and move for the fun of it. Bike. Hike. Kayak. Feel the rhythm. Breathe. Live.
2. Nature. There is something in our ancient DNA that is triggered by the sensation of the natural world. Breathe it in. Soak it up. The light. The sound. The smell. We can discover for ourselves how something deep within comes alive.
3. Touch. Creativity is a state of mind. Let's play. Fiddle. Mess around. Scribble. Slow down. Wander freely. Draw a line that meanders here and there. Touch the surface of yellow. Swim to the bottom of a blue shadow.
